Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain able to return to the negotiating table after a poor start to the season reports in France

Mbappe’s future at the Parc des Princes has been the subject of much speculation this summer. The France international found himself part of PSG’s ‘exploding squad’ as he was left out of the club’s pre-season tour. And also missed when the team manager Louis Enrique took charge of his first Ligue 1 game on Saturday.

PSG accepted a world-record Al-Hilal bid for a World Cup winner, only Mbappe to reject the Saudi substitute now after the new manager ended goalless against Lorient. We will see a new attempt to keep the former Monaco boss in the French capital.

According to L’Equipe (via Get French Football News), talks between Mbappe and PSG have reopened. A positive solution is far from guaranteed. But it is suggested that Ousmane Dembele’s arrival in Paris could be a factor.

French compatriot and friend of PSG’s all-time top scorer Dembele was greeted by Mbappe on social media following his £43.5m move from Barcelona. So happy to see you here The adventure begins!” Mbappe wrote on Instagram.

If Mbappe reaches an agreement, it would signal a rather reversal. The 24-year-old had previously stated that he would not exercise his contract extension beyond 2024, preventing him from leaving next summer.

Mbappe isn’t the only senior star absent from Lorient, as Julian Draxler and Gini WIjnaldum are also frozen, with both still looking to leave the summer.
